Membership


Honey Bee Hollow is a licensed, private membership association for like minded families who are committed to providing their children with a wholesome, back-to-basics, play - based childhood that nurtures infants and toddlers and supports families.  We offer care, encouragement and resources to grow as a family and as a community.


We are a membership association.  This means parents pay membership fees, not child care tuition.  Your membership includes:


  •  Childcare for the days and hours of your choice during normal operating -hours.  Drop off and pick up when you like. No cut off times.  No daily limits.
  •  Free Quarterly Parents Night Out for all siblings under the age of 12, including dinner and a craft.
  • Quarterly weekend family playdates to help you meet new people, watch your child interact with friends and have fun as a family.
  • All meals and snacks are included.  We offer homemade, vegetarian breakfast, lunch, snacks, choice of milk.  We participate in the CACFP food program, guaranteeing your child is eating healthy.  Our food is locally sourced and organic whenever possible.
  • Diapers, pull ups, wipes, diaper cream and sunblock are included.
  • Sippy cups, tableware, bibs and burp cloths are purchased new for each child.
  • Cribs, cots, and all bedding is provided for each child.  Bedding is washed at the program.  No need to bring it home each week.
  • We offer a book and toy lending library.  We also have a swap box where parents can take or leave items such as outgrown toys or clothing.
  • Access to our private Facebook page with all the info you need to keep you in the know, as well as, pictures and videos of the kiddos.  
  • New perks are always being added!
  • We also provide:
  • Green cleaning practices including Force of Nature cleaner and sanitizer.  
  • We are a Non - Smoking home.
  • Nature inspired playroom and peaceful nap room.
  • Assistance in finding quality preschool once your child turns 4.


APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP


Our year begins each September for both new and returning children. Membership enrollment begins in February and continues until all membership openings are filled. Interested families are asked to fill out the Membership application by using this link.

Once your information is received, you will receive an email from Honey Bee Hollow along with a copy of our Membership Manual and forms. Parents who agree with our policies and have interest in learning more about our group will be contacted by Honey Bee Hollow for a phone interview and to answer any of your questions. Tours and interviews will be set up at that time. Membership is by agreement of all parties and a non-refundable deposit $250 will be required to guarantee your family's membership.
